I take what was identified in step one and develop a clear action plan on how to influence massive improvement throughout the funnel.

Once the plan is developed, it’s time to put the pedal to the metal. My goal is to generate quantifiable results as fast as possible. Pre-production meetings will happen, shoots will be scheduled and a post-production timeline will be established right away so you know what to expect and when.
